Our client - a small animal practice - are recruiting a Head RVN to join their talented team.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Working a 4-day week with 1:6 weekends – average of 38.66 hours per week.

If you're an experienced RVN eager to progress in your career and on a new challenge of Head Nurse then this could be the role for you. The practice can provide training with nurse consults and clinical coaching to ensure you feel confident in your role! The training covers building confidence in consulting and supporting nurses to make nutritional recommendations via their Nutritional Ambassador Programme.
The practice also has a Developing Consulting Skills CPD day with a range of sessions including routine healthy pet consults, arthritis clinics, hyperthyroidism, dermatology.
Our clients practice has plenty of routine surgeries and are always fully booked! Our practice is well equipped with ultrasound, x-rays, i-STAT and blood machine in-house.
The friendly team is led by Maria the Lead Vet and supported by their fantastic nursing team made up of the Head Nurse and dedicated support colleagues.
Our client offers an excellent package with a competitive salary of up to £34,500 per annum including Private Medical Insurance, CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave, VDS and RCVS fees paid and plenty more.
