We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious RVN to progress as a Clinical Nurse Manager at our clients practice. The right candidate will work closely with the Lead Nurses to identify areas of development needs within the nursing team to maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies are always adhered to.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, your average week will consist of approximately 4 clinical days and 1 admin day. Part of the role is to ensure that the nursing team is managed as effectively as possible to support the growth of the practice.
- 40hrs Mon-Fri between 8am-7pm
- 1:4 Saturday mornings
- From £36,000 (Negotiable DOE)

Duties will include:
** Leadership of the Nursing team – including strategic, professional and operational side.
** Provide feedback and discussions for the Nursing team at Senior Level.
** Provide high clinical standards
** Ensure patients are managed effectively, and help grow the branch practice.
** Work with the team and create a fun and friendly environment for all to work in.
** Ensure policies and procedures are maintained.
** Provide outstanding patient care.
