I am working with an Independent client in Hampshire who is looking for their next Head RVN.
They are not necessarily looking for someone who already has HRVN experience, so if you are someone who would like to take on a leadership role and has the clinical skills and the confidence, we urge you to apply.
You will be working 4 days a week with 1 in 4 weekends.
You will also be rota'd on to work an OOH shift once a week, however over the last few months it has only worked out a few times a month for each nurse. You will not need to work your OOH shift if there are no inpatients admitted overnight. However if this the case you will receive a bonus per patient!
Your weekends are also paid on top of your salary.
Salary is up to £38,000k DOE however OTE is £40,000k+
