On behalf of our Cranbrook based client, JR is seeking an experienced RVN to guide their team as Head Nurse.
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate and committed to delivering exceptional care, whilst supporting and shaping the next generation of nurses by using your knowledge and skills to help train and support them. You will need the ability to keep on top of practise protocols and procedures, as well as having excellent organisational skills.
- Up to £32,500 DOE
- 40 hours a week
- 1:4 weekends
- CPD allowance and leave
- RCVS and VDS fees paid
- 5 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays
- Minimal on-call duties, if required
