JR Veterinary is proud to be working with a well-established small animal practice seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN looking to fully utilise their clinical skills, gain exposure to a varied caseload, and develop their interests within a progressive and collaborative environment.

The Role

• Full-time or part-time considered
• Working across multiple branches within a close-knit group
• 1 in 4 Saturdays
• No Sundays or bank holidays
• No out-of-hours

You’ll be involved in a wide range of nursing duties, with the opportunity to take an active role in patient care and clinical decision-making.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Anaesthesia monitoring and inpatient care
• Diagnostic imaging including radiography
• Assisting with a variety of surgical procedures (including orthopaedics and soft tissue)
• Running nurse consultations
• Supporting and carrying out Schedule 3 procedures
• Working alongside visiting specialists (including orthopaedics and cardiology)

This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for theatre work, or someone keen to develop and expand their clinical skillset.

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
