Job Role: As an RVN you will be an integral part of the veterinary care team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in surgeries and medical procedures.
- Providing nursing care to inpatients.
- Conducting and assisting with diagnostic procedures.
- Administering medications and treatments.
- Educating pet owners on post-operative care and general wellness.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Four days per week with one weekday off.
- Rotational weekend coverage, with one in four weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Salary:
- Competitive salary, up to £30,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Qualified and registered as a Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
- Practical experience in a veterinary setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
