Registered Veterinary Nurse - West Kent
Full Time | Salary up to £32,000 per annum
We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and supportive small animal practice in West Kent. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an RVN who enjoys delivering high standards of patient and client care while working as part of a close-knit team.
The Role
- Nursing support across theatre, hospital, consultations and diagnostics
- Administering medications, monitoring patients and providing inpatient care
- Supporting routine procedures and Schedule 3 tasks where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and infection control standards
- Assisting with day-to-day practice operations, including occasional reception duties
- 40 hours per week with weekends on a shared rota basis
About You
- RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse (or enrolled on an approved course)
- Previous experience in small animal practice
- Confident, organised and able to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to client care
- A proactive team player with a commitment to ongoing CPD
