The Rota: Structured for Balance

- The Week: A 4-day working week.
- The Shifts: Choice of early (7:30 am – 5:30 pm) or late (10:30 am – 8:30 pm) patterns.
- The Weekend: A fair 1:5 rotation with Full Time Back in Lieu for any weekends worked.
