Join my clients veterinary team in Lincoln at their expanding independent small animal hospital, where they are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an RVN or final year nursing student to join their dedicated team. Renowned for their exceptional nursing staff, they are eager to welcome another passionate individual who shares their commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients. They would like a nurse to join them in implementing more nurse clinics and expanding their services as they continue to uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
Additional responsibilities include providing care for in-patients, conducting lab work, handling dispensary tasks, aiding vets during examinations and surgeries, which includes monitoring anaesthetics and radiography, and upholding rigorous standards of practice cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
As part of the team, you'll work alongside highly skilled and passionate nurses, led by experienced Head Nurses. With the opportunity to become a clinical coach and work with students within the training practice. The flexible scheduling accommodates various lifestyles, offering full-time or part-time options, with shifts ranging from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 7 pm, including 1 in 7 Saturday mornings. My client provides comprehensive coverage for out-of-hours emergencies, ensuring a balanced workload and support for staff's well-being.
