What You’ll Do
- Deliver inpatient nursing, ensuring accurate observation, monitoring, and clinical note‑keeping.
- Carry out nurse consultations, providing preventative care, post‑operative support, and general advice.
- Assist with theatre workflow, including anaesthesia support and Schedule 3 procedures where appropriate.
- Support dispensing, medication administration, and clinical documentation in line with protocols.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient clinical environment across wards and prep areas.
- Communicate clearly with clients to support understanding of treatment plans and patient updates.
- Work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff to maintain smooth hospital operations.
- Participate in a rota designed to support work–life balance, with full‑time or part‑time options considered.
