We are working with a newly established, purpose-built practice in Clapham that has set out to create something rare: a clinic where nursing leadership is not just welcomed, but essential. In Your First Month:
You will settle into the new space, build relationships with the team, learn the systems, and understand the clinic’s approach to patient care and client communication.
In Your First Three Months:
You will be confidently leading the nursing team, shaping workflows, refining protocols, and ensuring the smooth running of the clinical day. You will also start identifying opportunities to elevate standards and improve efficiency.
In Your First Six Months:
You will be a key leader within the practice, contributing to strategic decisions, guiding ongoing training, and helping the clinic cement its reputation for high quality, compassionate care.
