A beautifully designed clinic. A people first culture. A team that genuinely cares.
If You Are Searching for a Place Where Nursing Still Feels Meaningful
If you are an RVN who wants to slow down enough to give proper care, build real relationships and feel genuinely valued, this role might be exactly what you have been hoping to find.
The Opportunity
We are working with a forward thinking small animal practice, in the heart of Chelsea, that is reimagining what veterinary care can look like. This team has created a calm, elegant, thoughtfully designed space where pets, clients and clinicians all feel at ease. It is a place that prioritises connection, continuity and compassion in equal measure.
They are growing their nursing team and are looking for someone who brings clinical skill, curiosity and a warm, grounded presence. Someone who enjoys consulting as much as surgical support. Someone who thrives in a setting where initiative is not only welcomed, but genuinely appreciated.
Here, you will be part of a team that collaborates closely, speaks openly and cares deeply. Success in this role looks like confident, compassionate nursing, authentic client communication and the ability to contribute to a culture where everyone feels supported.
Why This Role Is Different
A Purpose Built Space Designed for Calm
This clinic has been created with intention. Bright, modern rooms. A clean, elegant aesthetic. Thoughtful layouts that make your job easier and your day smoother.
A Team That Works as One
You will be joining a group of experienced vets and nurses, who support one another every day. They share knowledge freely, encourage questions and genuinely celebrate each other's wins.
Nursing Done Properly
You will have space to do things well. Nurse consults. Detailed anaesthetic monitoring. Accurate record keeping. Time to speak to clients without rushing. High standards are not an aspiration here. They are the norm.
Varied Clinical Exposure
From surgical support, to screening procedures, from monitoring unsettled patients, to maintaining pristine clinical workspaces, you will see a wide range of cases while working with vets who value your expertise.
A Culture Built on Trust
This team believes in transparency, respect and doing right by people and animals. If you want a workplace where voices are heard and kindness is the default, you will feel at home.
Your Journey Here
In Your First Month:
You will get to know the team, the clinical flow and the practice management system. You will become familiar with their standards around anaesthetic monitoring, surgical etiquette and infection control.
By Month Three:
You will be confidently running nurse consultations, supporting surgical days, managing stock levels and contributing to seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
By Month Six:
You will be a trusted member of the team, shaping processes, supporting clinical decision making and exploring areas of nursing you want to develop further.
