A beautifully designed, purpose built clinic. A people first culture. A chance to help reshape the future of veterinary care.
If You Feel Ready For A Role That Finally Matches Your Standards
If you are a Registered Veterinary Nurse who loves the work but is tired of feeling rushed, stretched, or unable to give the level of care you know you are capable of, this may be the change you have been hoping for.
The Opportunity
We are working with a modern, design led veterinary clinic in the Chiswick area, that is reimagining what everyday veterinary care should feel like. This is a space created with intention: calm, elegant, and built around seamless access to care through in house technology and thoughtful clinical flow. It is the kind of environment where owners relax, pets settle faster, and the clinical team can actually breathe.
This practice is not looking for someone to simply fill a rota gap. They want a nurse who brings curiosity, initiative and a genuine passion for elevating standards. Someone who enjoys nurse consulting, who values clean processes, and who wants to be part of a team building something different for the industry.
If you have strong GA monitoring experience, polished surgical etiquette, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively, you will fit in well here. Success in this role looks like delivering excellent nursing care, contributing to the continuing development of clinical protocols and thriving in a space designed for both people and pets.
Why This Role Is Different
A Clinic Designed With Purpose
This is a purpose built environment where every detail is considered. Calm clinical spaces, clean flow between zones, and technology that reduces friction rather than creating it.
A Nursing Role With Real Scope
You will run nurse consults as part of the rota, oversee screening procedures, support vets in both invasive and non invasive work and contribute to protocol development.
Genuine Clinical Standards
From meticulous infection control, to structured GA monitoring and record keeping, this team prioritises correctness over shortcuts.
A Supportive, People First Culture
This is a practice where communication is clear, respect is non negotiable and team wellbeing is treated as part of clinical success, not an afterthought.
Variety Without Chaos
You will be mainly based at one site, with occasional support at others. Stock management, owner education and hands on clinical work add healthy variety, without overwhelming the day.
Your Journey Here
In Your First Month
You will get comfortable with the clinic layout, technology and protocols. You will build relationships with the team and begin supporting everyday clinical workflow.
In Your First Three Months
You will be confidently handling screenings, monitoring GA cases, leading consults and contributing to the smooth running of the clinic. Your communication skills and initiative will be shaping your day to day independence.
In Your First Six Months
You will be a key contributor to clinical excellence, supporting the growth of the service and helping refine processes as the clinic continues its mission to transform the veterinary experience.
