If You Thrive on Variety and Want Your Work to Matter
If you are a registered nurse who loves clinical excellence but feels boxed in by routine, this role may be exactly what you have been hoping for. The kind of position where every day looks a little different, your skills are genuinely valued, and you have the freedom to support teams who care as much as you do.
The Opportunity
We are working with a forward thinking, design led veterinary group, across London and Hertfordshire that is reimagining what modern practice can feel like. This is more than another clinic. It is a network built around connection, calm, and clinical quality.
They are growing, and they are looking for a Float RVN who brings warmth, adaptability, and a genuine passion for excellent nursing. Someone who enjoys stepping into new environments, building trust quickly, and becoming the familiar, steady presence teams can rely on.
In this role, you will move between beautifully designed clinics, each created to feel welcoming for teams, pets, and owners alike. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards, supporting local teams, and helping deliver consistent care across every site. If you enjoy consults, anaesthesia, problem solving, and a rhythm that keeps you engaged, you will thrive here.
