VetPro Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced theatre RVN to join a fast paced Small Animal Hospital in East London as a Senior Theatre RVN to cover maternity leave on a 12 month contract. This role would suit an experienced RVN who thrives in a surgical environment, is ambitious and keen to expand their skills but has not necessarily had previous leadership experience. They will be joining a large team including 2 deputy head nurses, head nurse, head vet and hospital manager plus a wider team of Vets, RVNs, SVNs and VCAs. The hospital has a highly skilled medical team carrying out advanced surgery on a daily basis in house. It is well equipped with a CT scanner and a commercial laboratory. It is extremely well located for public transport and just a short distance from the countryside. This role is to work full time over 4 or 5 days with 1:6 weekends, 2 bank holidays and a share in a 1:10 week last resort on call rota. Salary is dependent on experience.
