You'll be part of a friendly team consisting of 4.5 Vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 1 VCA, and 5 receptionists. About You:
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the daily operations of the practice, ensuring top-notch care for both patients and clients. As the heart of our practice, you'll lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills. You'll take pride in maintaining high standards and show a keen interest in understanding the practice as a business. Ideally, you'll have prior experience in a Head Nurse role, managing teams, and mentoring colleagues.
About the Role:
This full-time role includes working just 1 in 4 weekends, with no out-of-hours shifts. Responsibilities include conducting various treatments, assisting with surgeries, managing in-patients, and implementing HR policies. You'll collaborate closely with senior staff members to ensure smooth practice operations and contribute to its continued development.
