Are you a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) - experienced or newly qualified - looking to join a supportive, friendly small animal practice? This full-time Veterinary Nurse job offers a varied caseload, excellent facilities, and a genuinely welcoming team environment.
The Role
Full-time permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse position
1 in 4 Saturdays (Saturday only, 9am–6pm)
No out-of-hours or on-call requirements
Working within a busy, well-equipped, purpose-built small animal practice
Wide range of nursing duties including:
Schedule 3 procedures (injections, medication, fluid therapy, dressings, first aid)
Anaesthesia and surgical assistance
Inpatient and intensive nursing care, pain scoring and enrichment
Diagnostic imaging and clinical support
Nurse consultations and client support
Accurate clinical record keeping and drug dispensing
You’ll work closely with the Practice Owner and senior team members, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and its continued development.
About You
Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
Applications welcome from experienced RVNs or confident newly qualified nurses
Comfortable working across all areas of small animal practice
Strong communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering high standards of patient and client care
Interested in developing clinically and contributing to the wider success of the practice
