Registered Veterinary Nurse – Altrincham, Manchester
My client is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their tight-knit team at their independent, Tier 2 RCVS accredited practice in Altrincham. With a single site and a dedicated team, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional veterinary care and maintaining a stellar local reputation.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the practice manager and play a pivotal role in leading the clinical team. With a strong client base, including a high percentage of insured clients and visiting veterinary specialists, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of cases.
As a compassionate and dedicated member of the practice, you'll contribute to the delivery of excellent clinical care within a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of general nursing duties, as well as actively supporting the growth and development of the nursing team. My client is looking for a confident nurse who can lead by example, and while experience as a clinical coach is advantageous, it's not essential.
My client also encourages team members to take an active role in promoting nurse consults and ensuring exceptional nursing care for inpatients.
The role offers flexibility, with part-time hours of up to 30 per week, although full-time candidates will also be considered for the right fit. The schedule includes 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9-12), with no out-of-hours or Bank Holiday commitments.
