The Role
This is a varied and rewarding nursing position where you'll be actively involved in all aspects of patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Anaesthetic monitoring
- Theatre nursing
- Inpatient care
- Nurse consultations
- Laboratory work
- Pharmacy
- Infection prevention and control
- Supporting and mentoring Student Veterinary Nurses
For nurses with an interest in teaching and development, there is also the opportunity to become a Clinical Coach.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a compassionate and team-oriented RVN.
Ideally, you'll be:
- Confident and happy to work across all areas of nursing
- A strong anaesthetic/theatre nurse or keen to further develop these skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care
- A positive team player who contributes to a supportive working environment
We are happy to receive applications from both newly qualified and more experienced RVNs.
We’re keen to find someone who will be a great fit for our nursing team. Attitude, teamwork, and enthusiasm are just as important to us as experience.
Working Pattern
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days per week
- Approximately 1 in 6 weekends, with a day off in lieu
- A fair share of late shifts (11:30am – 7:30pm), helping provide excellent patient care while ensuring the workload is shared across the team
We would value flexibility to help support occasional sickness and annual leave cover where needed.
