No Weekends or Out of Hours!

Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse who has excellent clinical standards and is a team player?
If so, you could be just the person we are looking for!
We are seeking a part time RVN to join us on a permanent basis for 3 days a week with an average of 24.75 hrs per week.
This role will involve working at all four of our branches — Abergavenny (main site), Tredegar, Brecon, and Monmouth
About us:
Abbey Vets has a team of 12 RVNs, 3 SVNs and 2 ACAs across our practices.
With 13 vets and our 4 well equipped, RCVS accredited sites we provide a varied and interesting case load. Our Vet Team includes certificate holders in Surgery and Medicine meaning we can provide excellent services to our patients and clients, and our Nursing Team experience an interesting and varied case load. 24-hour nursing at our main Abergavenny site also enables us to provide excellent clinical care to our patients.
The Role:
With excellent facilities and a fantastic team, you will be utilizing your nursing skills to promote high standards of clinical and client care alongside a supportive team.
Confidence in assisting with routine operations, diagnostic imaging and nurse consultations is desired. Personal development is supported and encouraged. Previous sole charge nursing experience is an advantage, but not essential as training and support will be given.
Our OOH is outsourced, but we keep our own inpatients from Monday 9am – Saturday 6pm to ensure continuity of care for our patients.
