An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced RVN to take the next step into a Head Nurse position within a supportive, forward‑thinking team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead, influence clinical standards and be part of a practice that genuinely values its nursing team.
The clinics operate with a strong culture of respect, open communication and continuous development. You will be supported by a wider nursing leadership structure, including a Head Nurse and an RVN Business Partner who understands the role and advocates for the nursing team.
Nurses are central to the clinical workflow, with team members trained in areas such as acupuncture, pain management, behaviour and Schedule 3 procedures. You will be empowered to lead consults, support anaesthesia, oversee inpatient care and contribute to the development of the nursing team.
The Role
This position is suited to a confident RVN who enjoys leading by example, supporting colleagues and maintaining high clinical standards. You will bring positivity, energy and a team‑focused approach, with the ability to take initiative and guide others. The role includes a 1 in 4 Saturday rota with no out‑of‑hours.
