Are you an experienced RVN ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? Our client, a busy and well-equipped small animal practice in North East London, is seeking a passionate Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join and lead their dedicated clinical team.

🔍 Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the nursing team with professionalism and clinical confidence
- Manage nurse clinics and develop Schedule 3 surgeries and consults
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, including anaesthesia monitoring, admissions/discharges, and medication dispensing
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to improve patient outcomes
- Champion regulatory and practice standards within the team
- Share best practice and contribute to the development of team members through coaching and support
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident in leading nurse consultations and developing a clinical culture
- Proactive in team development and supporting less experienced colleagues
