A client has a great opportunity to join their well established small animal practice as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will set the tone for the pracitce’s nursing. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, creating a culture of continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and development.
** You will ensure that the nursing team are providing outstanding patient and client care.
** Must have at least 2-3 years experience and 1 years line management experience.
** Clinical Coach experience would be advantageous.
- From £38,000 DOE
- 42 hrs a week
