Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 | 4 or 5-day week | Full-time, Permanent
✨ A small, friendly, family-run practice in Muswell Hill is looking for an experienced RVN to join their supportive team.
GVC is working with a close-knit, community-focused clinic seeking a compassionate and confident RVN who values a calm, fear-free approach to patient care. This is an opportunity to work in a practice that prioritises staff development, CPD, and clinical growth, while helping the clinic continue to evolve.
The Practice
This is a small, well-equipped clinic where nursing staff are involved in all areas of care, including:
Inpatient care in a custom-designed wellness ward
Surgeries including laparoscopic procedures and orthopaedics
Nurse clinics and puppy parties
The team is encouraged to pursue their interests, with full support for CPD and further certifications. You’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative environment where your ideas and skills are valued.
The Role
A varied, hands-on RVN position with plenty of opportunity to use your full nursing skill set. Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality care across all areas of the clinic
Supporting surgical procedures, nurse clinics, and educational events
Administering medications and assisting with diagnostics
Monitoring inpatients and performing pre-, peri-, and post-operative care
Providing compassionate, clear communication to clients
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
Hours & Salary
4 or 5-day working week options
Full-time, permanent role
Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 per year (DOE)
Yearly bonus

About You
The ideal RVN will:
Be RCVS-registered with at least 1 year of experience
Value a calm, fear-free approach to patient care
Be enthusiastic about developing clinical skills and pursuing CPD
Work collaboratively within a supportive team
Enjoy building strong client relationships
