Twilight Registered Veterinary Nurse – Salisbury Road, York
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our teams at York Emergency Vets and The Minster Veterinary Practice as a Twilight RVN.
At The Minster Veterinary Practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care to the animals of York and the surrounding area. We are a busy, first-opinion, RCVS-accredited hospital with a well-equipped facility and a forward-thinking, supportive team. We also provide out-of-hours services to multiple practices across the York region.
This role would be ideal for an RVN looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC).
The Role
We are seeking a part-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to work 2 days per week on a 3-week rolling rota, with shifts potentially running until midnight:
- Week 1: Thursday & Friday
- Week 2: Monday & Tuesday
- Week 3: Saturday & Sunday
Flexibility to provide additional holiday cover and occasional overtime would be advantageous.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Be enthusiastic about delivering high standards of patient and client care
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
- Have an interest in ECC, or be keen to develop your skills in this area
