Our client is seeking a Full Time RVN to become a key member of their nursing team working alongside the Lead Nurses and Clinical Nursing Manager providing support to the junior nursing staff, ACA’s and Kennel Assistants. You will ensure a high level of clinical standards and have great communication skills whilst delivering outstanding patient and client care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Ensure consistency in delivering Clinical Care to all patients and clients 100% of the time
- Consistently manage and monitor the wellbeing of patients
- Maintain accurate patient and client records
- Participate with admission and discharge of patients
- Liase with the nursing team to ensure and maintain effective lines of communication
- Undertake all nursing duties within the practice and support vet surgeons when required
- Carry out responsibilities allocated by the Nursing Manager and Practice Manager
- Be well organised and prepared for patients coming in to the practice and provide support
- Assist with treatments, injections, routine vaccinations, immunisations and euthanasia
- Care for all in-patients
- Ensure effective stock control and rotation
- Support with reception duties
- Attend regular meeting with the Nursing Managers
- Experienced working as part of team
- Excellent listening and communication skills

This is a Perm, Full Time role working 38.5 hours a week.
