Are you a confident RVN ready to lead, develop, and inspire a team? A well-equipped practice in Oxfordshire is searching for a dynamic Head Veterinary Nurse to step into a key leadership role.
As a Head Nurse, you will be accountable for the clinical leadership of the nursing team. You will ensure the practice delivers exceptional care, always being there for clients, patients, and colleagues, while maintaining the highest levels of regulatory, practice, and operational standards and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
Typically in this role, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership, inspiration, and development to the nursing team.
- Deliver exceptional care to patients, leading nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
- Support consults, surgeries, and procedures in compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.
- Deliver patient monitoring and clinical care, alongside managing admissions and discharges.
- Deliver exceptional care and communication to your clients.
About You
- You are an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
- You have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
- You are a confident leader with experience getting the best out of every colleague (applications are warmly welcomed from experienced nurses ready to take their first step into leadership!).
