Are you an RVN looking for a supportive, well-equipped practice that truly values nurse-led care? We are recruiting for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a kind and professional team in Shropshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a clinic that treats its colleagues with the same high level of care as its patients. While this is primarily a Part-Time role (3 days per week), there is potential flexibility for Full-Time hours depending on your requirements.
The Practice: Facilities & Support
You will be joining an experienced team consisting of a Lead Vet, Head RVN, and a full nursing and support squad. The surgery is modern and fully prepared for a diverse caseload:
- The Kit: On-site Orthopaedic Theatre, Ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, and a full in-house laboratory.
- The Focus: A strong emphasis on nurse-led clinics, Schedule 3 activities, and high-standard dental procedures.
- The Network: Benefit from the support of a wider clinical community and a nearby 24-hour hospital for complex transfers.
The Rota & Balance
- Hours: 32 hours per week (typically across 3 days).
- Weekends: A manageable 1 in 6 weekend rotation (based at the local 24-hour hospital).
- Commitment: Just one Bank Holiday and one week of on-call per year, ensuring excellent work-life balance for the rest of the calendar.
