Are you an RVN looking for a practice that genuinely invests in your clinical development and personal wellbeing? We are seeking a motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a progressive, well-established primary care group known for its supportive culture and high clinical standards.
With a nursing team of 50, including Certificate holders in Medicine, ECC, Anaesthesia, Dentistry, and Nutrition, you will be surrounded by expertise and encouraged to pursue your own clinical passions.
The Role
The practice is placing a major emphasis on empowering RVNs to feel confident in Schedule 3 procedures. You will be supported by highly experienced Vets and a dedicated support team, leaving you free to focus on outstanding nursing care.
- Clinical Champions: Have a passion for Infection Control or Dentistry? You can lead the way as a Clinical Champion, influencing best practices across the group.
- Diverse Experience: Gain hands-on experience across multiple sites with a varied shift pattern.
- Modern Support: Benefit from a dedicated nurse-led call centre and a knowledgeable Client Care team that manages the front-of-house workflow effectively.
The Rota & Balance
- Hours: 40 hours per week, structured as 4 x 10-hour days with a fixed midweek day off.
- Part-Time: Applications are also warmly welcomed for those seeking a more flexible schedule.
- OOH: A fair and supportive out-of-hours rota is in place, with additional pay and time back to ensure your work-life balance is protected.
