Senior Veterinary Nurse Required to lead an enthusiastic and committed vet nurse team at an established practice in near Edinburgh. Looking for a Full or Part Time Confident and Driven RVN to reinforce the current nursing team with a varied caseload, Joining a team of 3 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 VCA and support staff, you would be involved with all aspects of day to day nursing.
To thrive in this Senior RVN role, the candidate should possess the following qualities:
• Demonstrated experience (min of 2 years) as a Veterinary Nurse or in a similar supervisory role.
• Profound knowledge of veterinary nursing best practices, protocols, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• A strong commitment to patient care, welfare, and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathy, compassion, and a collaborative spirit.
