VetPro Recruitment are seeking a proactive Head RVN to join a friendly team at a practice in South East London. This role is Full-Time with just 1 in 4 weekends working Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm with no OOHs. You will be joining a welcoming team made up of 4.5 Vets, 3 RVN's, 2 SVN's, 1 VCA and 5 receptionists. The practice benefits from approximately 60% of insured clients. You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients. You must be comfortable with leading by example, have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard. Ideally you will have experience in a Head Nurse role, managing a team and enjoy coaching and mentoring nurses and student nurses. Paid memberships.
