The Role: Lead, Inspire, and Evolve

- Leadership: Mentoring the nursing team and supporting their individual career pathways and clinical interests.
- Clinical Excellence: Working alongside a 6-Vet team passionate about high-standard care, day and night.
- Modern Environment: Based in a light, spacious, state-of-the-art surgery equipped with the latest diagnostic technology.
- Collaborative Support: Supported by a capable reception team of five, ensuring you can focus on clinical leadership and team development.
The Rota & Balance
- Structure: A sustainable 4-day working week (9-hour shifts).
- Hours: Average 40-hour week.
- Weekends: 1 in 4 weekend rotation.
- Continuity: Participation in the duty night rota to maintain consistent leadership and care.
