The Role: Clinical Excellence & Innovation
As a member of this new team, you will help set the standard for care. You’ll work in a stunning environment alongside highly skilled professionals who embrace an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking spirit.
- Clinical Focus: Lead nurse consults, manage GA monitoring with precision, and support veterinarians during complex procedures.
- Modern Nursing: Utilise in-house purpose-built technology and a modern Practice Management System to make care seamless.
- Patient Advocacy: Maintain the highest standards of surgical etiquette, quarantine procedures, and inpatient care.
- Client Connection: Use your communication skills to boost pet owners' knowledge of routine and specialised care.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Demonstrable experience as an RVN with strong GA monitoring and surgical skills.
- Consulting: Confidence in leading nurse clinics and engaging with clients.
- Qualification: Veterinary Nursing Degree or equivalent, and RCVS registration.
- Mindset: A team player with initiative who is excited by the idea of building something new and "hanging out" in a beautiful workspace.
