VetPro Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head Nurse to join a forward thinking, independent practice in a cultural market town in South Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full time position working 4 x 9 hour shifts per week with weekends on a 1 in 4 rota. Shifts include prep, ops, inpatient care, consults and circulating. As deputy head nurse you will support the Head Nurse in the continuous improvement of the practice with excellent communication skills. An interest in schedule 3 procedures is desired and clinical coaching duties required. Applicants must be happy working sole charge. The practice is well equipped with 9 consultation rooms, 4 operating theatres, 1 dental suite, an ultrasound suite, a CT scanning suite - housing our 128-slice CT scanner, 2 dog wards, 2 cat wards and 2 prep areas which allows cases to be worked up to a high standard.
