🩺 The Role
As Head Veterinary Nurse, you’ll set the tone for the nursing team — clinically, professionally, and culturally. You’ll still be hands-on where it matters, but with the authority to organise rotas, develop people, and raise standards across the practice.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants their experience to genuinely count.

- 4-day working week — leadership without burnout
- Competitive £33k–£38k salary
