A reputable practice in Surrey are seeking a highly experienced RVN to take on a Head Nurse role.

Full Time
You will lead a large team of RVN’s and Veterinary Care Assistants along with the support of the nursing management structure.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, someone who shows compassion and direction, and who is able to manage teams with a positive attitude within a fast-paced clinical environment.
Previous experience in a head or senior nurse position with line management responsibility is essential. Advanced nursing qualifications would be an advantage although not essential.
Excellent Salary of £38,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
