JR is looking for a Clinical RVN to join our clients' brilliant, friendly and supportive team. Based in the Guildford area, the successful candidate will work closely with another Lead Nurse focussing on anaesthesia/theatre and Wards.
The ideal person will:
** Help to improve our clinical standards
** Look at ongoing CPD for the team
** Set up protocols/SOPs
** Keep up to date on best practice and new opportunities
The role will ideally be full time working 40 hours a week across 5 days. There will also be a Saturday rota of 1 in 5 (8:30 - 16:30) with time off the following week. Shifts can be varied with 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 10:30am-7:30pm generally on offer but open for discussion.
