Referral Registered Veterinary Nurse – Independent Specialist Referral Hospital - Surrey
Are you a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking to develop your skills within a specialist referral environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading referral hospital in Surrey, supporting patients undergoing advanced orthopaedic and neurological treatments.
This role is ideal for a motivated RVN eager to progress their clinical knowledge while delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative, high-standard hospital setting.
The Role
Provide advanced nursing care to referral patients undergoing orthopaedic and neurological procedures
Deliver anaesthesia, surgical, and diagnostic nursing support within preparation and theatre areas
Monitor and care for patients throughout the peri-operative process
Support patients with complex and advanced medical conditions
Maintain high standards of patient care in a fast-paced referral environment
Work closely with veterinary surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
Working Pattern
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Rotating shift pattern
4-day working week
1:4 weekend rota with time off in lieu
About You
Qualified and registered RVN
Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
Keen to develop skills within referral-level nursing
Training & Development
