Are you an RVN who wants their career to be about more than just a rota? JR Veterinary is looking for a passionate and clinical Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a supportive team in Warwickshire.
This role is designed for a nurse who loves being at the heart of clinical delivery. From leading your own consultations to utilizing your full range of Schedule 3 skills in surgery, you will be empowered to provide the exceptional care your patients deserve.
Your Role: Clinical Excellence in Action
In this position, you’ll be a vital clinical driver. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Nurse-Led Appointments: Taking charge of your own clinics and building lasting client relationships.
- In-Patient Care: Managing admissions, discharges, and high-level patient monitoring.
- Surgical Support: Carrying out Schedule 3 activities and supporting the Veterinary Surgeons during complex procedures.
- Collaborative Working: Being part of a team that prioritizes communication and mutual support.
