- Ensure high standards of patient care and client experience
- Oversee nurse clinics, inpatient care and theatre standards
- Drive full utilisation of nursing skills, including Schedule 3 procedures
- Support student nurses and clinical coaching
- Help shape the culture and ways of working within the practice
This is a hands‑on leadership role combining clinical work with operational influence.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary from £34,000 depending on experience

About the Practice This surgery is part of a wider independent veterinary group with a focus on quality care, modern facilities and supportive working environments. The team culture prioritises collaboration, development and creating a workplace where colleagues genuinely enjoy coming to work.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are a qualified, registered Veterinary Nurse
- Take pride in delivering excellent patient care
- Enjoy working collaboratively
- Communicate confidently and compassionately
- Want to fully utilise and develop your nursing skills
- Are proactive, positive and adaptable
- Want to be part of building something new
If you’re ready to help shape a new practice from day one, we’d love to hear from you.
