Supported by two RVNs, two SVN's, one VCA, and six Client Care Advisors, our client's practice is committed to excellence in patient care across various cases and species.

- Full range of orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries including TPLO’s and BOAS surgeries

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure optimal patient and customer care
- Provide guidance and support to the nursing team for achieving high standards of patient care
- Manage bookings efficiently using RX Works
- First-line management responsibilities for the nursing team
- Assist veterinary surgeons during surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate records and administer medications
- Interact with clients professionally, addressing their needs sensitively
Person Specification:
Our client seeks a veterinary nurse with:
- Strong experience in veterinary nursing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Genuine interest in animal welfare
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to all aspects of the job
