Independent practice. Clinical freedom. Genuine work-life balance. A place where you can grow and feel at home.
If This Sounds Familiar, You Are Not Alone
If you became an RVN to make a difference, but feel like you rarely have the time, support, or headspace to do your best work, this may be the change you have been hoping for.
If you are craving a role where you feel valued, trusted, and able to breathe again, you are in the right place.
The Opportunity
We are working with a respected, independent practice, in the Chichester area, that has built something rare in the veterinary world. It is a place where nurses are not just appreciated, but central to how the team delivers exceptional care. A place where kindness is the baseline, collaboration is natural, and everyone pulls in the same direction.
They are looking for an experienced RVN who wants to be part of a community, not just a rota. Someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys the challenge and reward of a busy hospital setting. Someone who wants both the comfort of a warm, home-like environment and the stimulation of advanced clinical work.
Success here looks like more than ticking tasks off a list. It looks like you having the freedom to use your full skill set, connecting deeply with clients, and feeling proud of the standard of care you help deliver every day.

- Collaboration with sister referral and emergency teams, offering 24-7 continuity without you doing regular out of hours.
- A chance to explore and develop your own clinical interests.
Growth That Is Genuinely Supported
- Funded CPD with certificate funding available.
- Opportunities in clinical coaching, leadership development, and skill specialisation.
- A practice that invests in people because they believe their team is their greatest strength.
