Role
A permanent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a modern, independent small animal practice in East Sussex. This is a full-time role offering an excellent work–life balance, hands‑on nursing and long‑term stability within a supportive and close‑knit team.
This position would suit an RVN who enjoys a varied caseload, values collaboration and is looking to develop their skills in a positive, nurse‑led environment.
Practice
This is a well‑equipped, independently owned small animal practice with a strong focus on team wellbeing and high clinical standards. The practice prides itself on its friendly culture and very low staff turnover, reflecting how valued and supported the nursing team are.
As an independent practice, there is greater autonomy, flexibility and genuine investment in staff development, without the pressures often associated with corporate settings.

Benefits
