The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position working Out of Hours.
The Lead OOH Nurse will be responsible for assisting with the efficient and effective leadership of the OOH team. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Team Leaders and Head of Nursing Services across the practice to ensure the efficient delivery of outstanding patient care within the OOH team.
We are looking for someone who will not only go above and beyond for our patients, but for their colleagues too. Candidates must be qualified RVNs and will be proactive, enthusiastic, approachable, a great team player, able to use their own initiative and self-motivated.
