Starting Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE
A well-established independent small animal practice is recruiting for an RVN to join its team across 3 sites. The role combines surgical and consulting duties, including schedule 3 procedures, with flexibility to develop your own clinical interests.
What we’re looking for:
• RVN
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Confident with surgical nursing and schedule 3
• Ability to support or coach the nursing team
• Further qualifications welcome but not essential
Working pattern and benefits:
• 4-day week, 8.30am–7pm (lunch, tea/coffee breaks included)
• 1 in 5 weekends (inpatient care only)
• No OOH (covered by Vets Now)
• 5 weeks’ holiday
• VDS and RCVS fees paid
• £500 CPD allowance (certificate funding considered)
