The Role:
You will be directing the day to day running of the nursing team, support our clinical Director and lending a hand where needed, able to be a role model in your duties, as well as having managerial skills to optimise workflow.
Hours: This is a Full-Time role working 35 hours per week plus 1 in 3 weekends equating to an average paid week of 40 hrs. Rota incl. a perm day off in week to support a good work life balance.
