You’ll be working in a first-opinion setting with a clear, fair rota and realistic expectations. Days are structured, cover is shared properly, and downtime is protected — especially after weekends.

⏱️ Hours & Rota Breakdown (Clear and Transparent)
Start time:
• 8:30am standard
• 8:00am on operating days
Finish time:
• Between 5:30pm – 6:30pm, depending on rota
On-call:
• No overnight on-call
• Once per week on-call until 9:00pm
• Later start of 1:00pm on those days
Working week:
• 4 days per week
• One full day off each week (if not on a weekend rota)
🐶 Weekend Rota
- 1 full weekend in 5, shared across the team
- Consults on Saturday & Sunday mornings
- On-call until 5:00pm on duty weekends
- Monday and Friday off the following week after a duty weekend
