JR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to join our client’s team. This role involves clinical duties at one site while managing responsibilities across five other clinics. You will be working alongside a team of 35 veterinary professionals, with each clinic led by a Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with financial oversight to ensure targets are met and operations run smoothly
- Maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Promote continuous learning and growth for clinical staff, fostering a culture of experience
All the clinics are well equipped with state-of-the-art surgical and laboratory facilities, including digital x-ray, comprehensive lab analysers and ultrasound. Collaboration with local teams provides access to advanced resources like CT, MRI, and expertise from certificate holders and all the clinics are within a 20-minute drive of each other.
It is essential for the successful candidate to have Small Animal practice experience and prior management experience is advantageous.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 4 days a week 9am – 7pm. However, our client can be flexible and will consider a Part Time role for the right candidate.
This role offers a salary up to £80,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
