Supportive, Accredited Forward-thinking Small Animal Practice in Buckinghamshire are seeking an experienced vet surgeon to join the team. Team of 10 vets, 8 RVNs and full support staff. There are no egos, strong clinical standards and a major facilities upgrade completing late 2025, including a new CT suite, expanded wards and 7 consult rooms. Manage your own caseload confidently and develop interests/certificates with full support. Informal mentoring available and partnership pathway open for discussion. The role will involve a 4 day week, fixed day off with 1 in 4 weekend and no OOH ( Vets Now cover). Facilities: Orthopaedics (TPLO), Doppler ultrasound, flexible scopes, dental X-ray, K-Laser, EPOC, HT Vista, hydrotherapy treadmill, in-house physiotherapy.
