Veterinary Surgeon
Be welcomed to a close-knit group comprising 5 veterinarians, 7 nurses, and 6 support staff, operating within a first-opinion small animal practice located on the outskirts of the Lake District. The clinical team encompasses individuals with varying degrees of experience, ranging from recently graduated professionals to those with extensive qualifications.
Their work spans across two clinics and they seek an enthusiastic individual, eager to join a compassionate, enjoyable, and committed team, dedicated to providing exceptional client service and top-tier care to their patients. This position offers ample room for customization to suit the candidate's preferences. With a highly skilled veterinary team, they offer support and guidance tailored to individuals, whether newly qualified or returning to the field after a hiatus.

They foster a culture of continuous learning through morning huddles, monthly clinical club meetings, and various incentives. Team members are encouraged to pursue special interests, with opportunities for further education and development.
The practice actively supports the local Greyhound rehoming center, and some staff members volunteer for local pet blood bank collections.
